Skaters park area next to a White bridge in Vilnius will prove that graffities made with simple paint bottles can not only be damaging to the city, but vice versa - could assist in its renewal.

Vilnius graffiti masters are invited to join a festival called „NESCAFÉ StreetArt 2010" organized by an advertising company „JCDecaux Lithuania" and sponsored by "NESCAFÉ". „Most of the people think that graffiti painters only damage cities walls and buildings. We would like to reject this stereotype and prove that grafitti is an art form that can become a positive drive as artworks created with the help of graffiti paints can be a part of the city renewal. That`s why we have decided to completely renew central Skaters park next to the White bridge in Vilnius and to invite graffiti painters to decorate it with the logos and symbols of this renewal sponsors. And all the rest - just to come and enjoy" - says Zaneta Fomova, general manager of „JCDecaux Lithuania".

Registration to the festival is available at the dedicated website, http://www.street-art.lt/ Detailed program as well as the highlights and program will be presented at this website as well.
